Dear Members,
Please adivse how can i file RTI to SBI BANK to get employee code of condutct of giving and accepting dowry and to which deptt/address should i file the RTI in DELHI.
My father in law is falsely harrasing me for dowry.I have read in one of the topic that SBI employee have a employee code of conduct for accepting and givng DOWRY

Dear Sir,
Every Govt Bank is having Conduct Appeal and Discipline Rules (CDA Rules). It is not a document protected under Section 8 of RTI Act and cannot be denied under RTI. Chief Vigilance Officer is very well expected to have a copy to the same.
You have to present application before the CPIO whose address you may be able to get from the nearest Branch. In case you do not get then address your query to Chief Vigilance Officer of State Bank of India at this address :-
