My name is Chandan Dey, I have worked for a BPO company ( Spanco BPO Respondez ) for 5 years and 6 months. I have resigned w.e.f. from December 21st, 2010. I got better opportunity with better growth prospects. Now am I able to receive salary for the days I have worked and also am I eligible to receive my gratiuty.?. I had to resign because company had cut down my salary and also not given growth even after putting all the effort. Please advice what should I do now. I have not received my salary for the month of December 2010
