Rental Regards

I took a shop for rental in Guduvanchery in 2010.I paid 3L as advance. From 2018 due to personal issues i am unable to paid the rent due of 37000. Buliding owner give complient in Guduvanchery police station to vecate the shop after the dicussion Police gave me 3 month time in the first month i settle 1 L in police station to the building owner. Now the due is 270000.i am ready to pay but need in monthly basics but they force me to vecate. Inshop i spend 7 to 8 L for furnitures and fittings Immediately i can't do anything. Buliding owner not renewed the agreement from 2011 to till date. Can i go to court to get stay for police interference. Kindly advise.
