I had filled an appeal in Upper Court which was decided in favour of me and also given an opportunity to defendent but the court had remanded back the case to trial court for revise judgement on the basis of documents provided by the parties in upper court. As per online status of cases in upper court , The case has been disposed off on 18 Feb 2016 with Directions.
After that , 2 dates has passed, still not showing online any records of these dates over intrenet. On asking the lawyer, Next date is in May but still it's not showing anywhere ( Not online or on notice Board in court)
I don't know what's going on. Advice me what should i do? ...
