Regularisation of extended passage.

We had purchased a flat 7 yrs ago and builder had permitted us for passage extension (which wuld not be causing any harm/inconvenienceto others). As we were not saying in the said flat we didn't get it done. Now recently after shifting we got it done and one of our neighbour complained abt it to Pune Municipal corporation. We got a notice under the Act1996clause53(1). The said passage extension is done by other flat members also. Can it be regularised and how ?

Regularization can be at the discretion of the authorities depending on other's rights and convenience.  First reply to the notice through Advocate and the points suggested by Advocate on your such rights may convince the authorities and there ends the problem once for all.  If such action is not as per laid down norms, no one can regularize as it may override other's rights.
