My In laws wish to buy a property but due to some reasons the seller is unable to get a sale deed however the seller is agreed to get a Registered Sale agreement of his flat for a period of 2 years and will get the sale agreement done there after.
Is their any specific validity period of Registered Sale deed?
Since the registered agreement will be in name of my Father In Law, what if he expires within the period of registered agreement?
Will their be any Tax Implication on the Seller or Buyer if he also gives possession in the Registered Agreement?
