When a wife commits suicide, husband and his relatives are arrested and convicted for mental and / or physical cruelty.
If Husband commits suicide , are wife and her relatives arrested and convicted for mental and / or physical cruelty ?
If no, then why ?

The answer for your querry comes under sec. 306 of IPC. Abetment to commmit suicide.

law is equally applicable to men and women, so women are not above the law, but society looks women are weaker in society, that might be plus point.

If complaint is filed regarding harassment and such harassment leads to abetment for suicide and if proved certainly can be convicted
