A FRAUD UNIVERSITY CLAIMS THAT IT WAS CREATED BY UTTAR PRADESH ACT OF LEGISLATION..
now the question is whether .....WHERE SHOULD THE RTI BE FILED TO KNOW ABOUT THIS FRAUD COLLEGE...with the UP govt???
is it TRUE THAT THIS UNIVERSITY NEEDS TO HAVE ITS OWN RTI OFFICIAL...THANKS IN ADVANCE.

you could raise rti's with the PIO of the university, CPIO of AICTE(to the concerned region) and to the CPIO of UGC. you may also file an rti to the SPIO of the higher education department of your state to elicite the desired information.
