sir, i heard that if a tenant refuses to vacate the property...they can continue to pay the rent directly to the rent control department. but then if that happens,what is the procedure for owner to claim the rent from the rent control.. also..does claiming the rent from rent control gives an indirect assumption that the owner is ok for the tenant to continue to stay..property is in the state of tamilnadu ..i really want a tenant of mine to vacant at the same time cannot afford to stay without rent if he pays it to the rent control..
