Kindly enlighten on my query which is:
I am plaintiff and I bought a second hand auto (TSR) through finance from defendant. I paid all the installments and the defendant changed my name in RC but refused to issue me NOC and Form 35 in duplicate duly signed so that I can delete the HP from RC. Pursuant to this, I filed a suit for injunction for issuance of the same which was decreed in my favour in the year 2013.
Now my quesyion is inspite of decree in my favour the defendant reluctant to abide by the court's order. What remedy I got to enforce the decree? Should I go for execution or contempt of court proceeding or any other remedy available.
