Hi all,
I about to purchase an extent of 3.60 acres of land from a private trust comprising of 37 members.
Please advice me with the key steps and procedures to follow while acquiring the land.
Should a court permission be obtained to complete the sale of the land.

Before giving any suggestion in this regard we must read the trust deed thoroughly,
In the trust deed if sale power is given in that circumstances you can purchase the land, in this regard court permission is not required.
