My uncle has bought a property 20 years back from a person. The property was not registered and he got GPA for property. The uncle had also got the previous owner sign on a bond paper which says that the owner has sold the property and my uncle is the owner for the property. My uncle expired few months back. I have following questions:
1. Can we transfer the GPA to my uncle's wife?
2. Can we register the property from my uncle's wife?
3. What is procedure to get this property registered?
4. We need sale agreement to go for a bank loan. Can we get sale agreement done?
My uncle is staying in this place and has paid all taxes in old owner's name but its mentioned in the receipts that the my uncle has paid the money.
What other support documents are required? Please suggest us can we buy this property from my uncle?
