Police verification of previous address for Central Government jobs

After selection in central government job we have to fill an affidavit stating the places of residence for the past 5 years.For one of my previous residence where I had stayed for almost 6 months, I don't have any kind of proof of residence. Will that create a problem during police verification?

Sir, I'm just enquiring as I didn't have proof for the place whete I stayed for 6 months. Are only the addresses where stayed for a year are required to be mentioned?
