Poa cancellation

i am holding a POA from aperson to sale his plot. Is he can cancel the POA without my consent? Its a regitered POA done at the land registry offce, where all land/plot registry has been done (in WB).

Yes he can cancel it at any time .if their is any conditions then you may challenge on it.

first he issued show cause notice to you then he can cancel the POA .
