My house is currently in the Assigned land(Government land).I had the original documents of the house and land and i also had the partition deed of my father,How he got that land. But the partition deed was not registered. The land was done as Assigned land by some survey officer 5years ago.But i have the land documents since 40 years. Please help me how to get that land in my name and how to lift off the Assigned land restriction on it. Thanks in advance for the help. Thank you so much.
