Sir,
I have purchase a Flat in Delhi in name of My Wife. And same property duely registerd at Registra Office.
My property loan scantion by India Infoline Housing Loan. They promised me Housing Subsidy scheme PMAY.
But my property doesn't have naksha. Can i avail Housing Subsidy?
If my file rejected then can i file PIL subject to in Delhi 90% building don't have Naksha. Can i Fil case.

If you are not eligible then PMAY will not allot to you,first let what happened to your PMAY application,then only on rejection grounds we can say,what to do or not.
