Pension for 2nd wife

Hello, I am state government employee. My 1st wife died in March2017 and then I remarried in July 2017. I will be getting retired in June 2019. We have some differences and I want divorce from her. I have not applied for divorce yet. before that I want to know whether my 2nd wife is entitled for pension and retirement benefits? Also I have two children whether they are entitled for retirement benefits? Thanks.

The entitlement of family pension for wife is open only if the government employee files option for it before his retirement. If you don't want to seek family pension after retirement, opt-out for it and seek individual pension for self till you're alive.
