Hello respected lawyers and other felllow members,
I m new to the forum so plz pardon me if i did any mistake by posting this matter here and also my bad english. i want ur sincere guidance in finding the solution of this problem which is that if a person is a widower and doesn't have a marriage certificate but wants to apply for a passport for which it is compulsary now to attach the marriage certificate with the application if the applicant is married, then what procedure should he follow to get the passport issued.
