Partition deep scan copy

My father got a partition deed for the self acquired property by my grand father, My father and his two brothers had made the Partition deed, now my father has passed away and the Partition deed what we have is scanned copy attested / or notarised one.. it appears they had made only one copy of original partition deed and remaining two were scanned copied ..

will there be any issue if we plan to sell the property?

how can i verify if there were multiple orignial partition deeds were prepared?

how can i ensure we have all the required documents available?

Whether the partition deed has been registered,if yes, take certified copy of the same from the concerned registry for future use.

Thanking you,
