official liquidator appointed and thereafter cheque is issued to the complainant by accused whether cheque issued after the appointment of official liquidator carries any weightage....
1) if not then complaint u/s 138 of ni act is maintainable?
2) and if yes then who will be liable to pay ?
plz suggest me and site judgement, if possible
