Presently I am working in PSU, and also completed probation period. There is no specific bond.
Querie 1: I had an opportunity for interview in another PSU, but my presnt employer is not willing to give NOC with out mentioning any reason-How can i get NOC.
Querie 2: Is the person under probation in a PSU is not required NOC to go to another PSU?
