Need Advice

The nature of the property Pl. Whether it is ancestral or self earned. Is it a will or a deed. Pl make it clear Vidya.

My grandparents own earned property ( mothers parents).  My grany wants to make as an will.

She as 2 points, but no idea how  to follow up, so need ur advice

1.  To write the will as gift deed to her grandchildrens. ( Is it only for grandson r will it should be given to both grandson and granddaughters)

2. To write a will stating, will be in name of her second daughter after her only it should go to the grandchildrens.
