Naming laws

hi this is rajesh i am planing to name my son after the famous national poet and jnanpit lauriate name shri.kuvempu i have great respect to him. is it legally correct of not i don't know i just want an advice

There is no legal hurdle in doing so. Generally our names are fixed on the names of ideals.
