I know a case where summons, NBW, and proclamations under Sec.82 and 83 Cr.PC are hibernating and the accused is roaming free.

In a criminal case if accused abscond or hide, when NBW issued, when caught

as PJR ji said he has to face the consequences.

The chargesheet files as in the Column No 2 as crime not proved. After that NBW was issued to Accuse person . With out any reports from police, given up from trial in the committal court. and not registered a seperate case. He is not avialbe for police or law for interrogation or enquiry. How suspected accused in 307IPC given up??
