Marking of additional exhibits by complainant in 138 nia

Marking of Additional exhibits by Complainant in 138 NIA

In 138 NIA case defence witness is in process.  In defence cross examination, the defence (accused) states some false things. To prove the  truth, the complainant needs to file some fresh documents and mark them as exhibits.

What is the process for doing so?

Will the complainant have to move an application before the Court? If yes under which section?

Can the complainant, instead of moving an application show the relevant documents to the accused during the Cross Examination and ask questions related to it and then mark exhibit ?

you can file during the cross examination.

you have to file application for production of documents along with list of documents, if court allow it then ask questions and exhibit it.

you cannot show documents to the accused which are not on file...

The replies of Sh Mohammed Ali & Sh Mahesh Sonawane are mutually contradictory.

Can anyone throw light what is the correct procedure??
