Hello
I want to know procedure *to recover my loan of Rupees twenty-five lacks.
I am having proof of stamp paper (Rs. 50) only sing by borrower with two witnesses.
Procedure*
File the case in civil court or is there any tribunal?
Court fee for filing case
Stamp duty
Advocate fee
Time and stage to get money back.
Chances of recovery loan through court with interest and without interest.

Only civil suit i remedy in your case. Engage a counsel and follow his direction. Court fee is different from State to State. It is generally about 5% of the amount to be recovered. If your witnesses clearly and without any reasonable depose their evidence in your favourand all circumstancial evidence titls in your favour then case can be decreed and recovery modes are various with the court. If the borower is capable to re-pay by way of his movable or immovable properties then all those can be taken into consideration for recovery with interest and cost means the expenses of court fee, counsel fee and interrest.
