Hello!
My lawyer is unwell and he has to undergo surgery, so he is not able to attend my case as he is taking treatment out of station.
He has arranged another lawyer and he said that he will attend my case in his absence.
My question is, Will the court allow another lawyer to represent my case and will the court hearing go on smoothly or will it be adjourned to another date? (No documents/Vakalatnama have been submitted to Court in favour of temporary lawyer).
