Hi, I want to know what is the procedure to record the name of legal heirs on sat bara after the death of father.

U can give a application at Talati / Tehshildar office and attach a death certificate of your father and in application u write all legal heirs name and sign in this application AND all legal heirs affidevit attach with application then your/legal heirs name enter in revenue records.
