We are already Holding a Non-Agricultural Land in Village in Maharastra , Village Panchayat is saying to register the land under it and pay Panchayat tax which are in Arrears.
Will After such registration with Village Panchayat and payment of Tax to them , we have to Continue
to Pay Land Revenue to the State Goverment ???
