Sir, My grandfather purchased a empty land 34 years back in the year 1985 from his friend in my village in Tamilnadu. Seller also did not have patta that time. My grandfather missed to obtain one after that. Now the property was transferred to my father in 2006 and then from him to me in 2015.
All the property transfers are registered in registrar office.
We tried to get patta for that land but the authorities are denying to provide. We submitted petition to registrar and as well as to the District Collector. But no reply from both.
What I can do to get patta?
