Dear All,
This is to inform you that, my brother was met with accident while driving the two wheeler but unfortunatly he does not have "Driving License". and we have insurance policies against on him but when we visited one private bank they have refused our claim because of not having Driving License.
Here i am requesting you all please help me out in this regards to claim amount in this case.

They are right. In case of death, they are supposed to pay the insured amount. If they are bound to pay to those who drive without licence, than no one will drive with licence.
