How define final hearing .

In civil suits hearing begins after appearance of the defendant(s).First of all the suit is taken for hearing  under OR.10 Rule1 C.P.C. If the suit is not disposed of at this stage, the hearing continues after settlement of issues.Recording of  evidence,marking of documents as exhibits, final arguments,filing written arguments etc. are the parts of hearing.
