High court order recall

Respected Advocates, the High Court of Andhra Pradesh passed an order in a first appeal partly modifying the preliminary decree and judgment of a partition suit more than two years back. Nobody approached Supreme Court. Is it possible to set aside or recall the High Court order on grounds of fraud? Can it be done in High Court itself or should we approach Supreme Court.
