Forming a fraud company

One insurance company started with 90 staff's in my area and they not give salary for more than 4month, we have asked about this and collect some information, all are fake.
So how we proceed further to collect our salary also we file a police case against them.
kindly clarify

You are saying that the company is fraud, so even if police book them all under cheating and fraud, how can you expect salary from such frudisters...

Dear sir,

You have to send legal notice for recovery of all your dues and if employer dont comply then you can approach labour court and file application for recovery.
