A promoter developing building in a land of land owner by making joint venture agreement. Now the developer passed the site plan from competent authority.
The land owner want to make a signing agreement between promoter & land owner regarding their verbal discussion on choice of flat & shops which had been discussed before preparing final site plan.
Can anybody provide me such draft copy of agreement with procedures to make another agreement with developer to fix the choice of flat & shops of 50:50 ratio between developer & land owner.
