1. myself and wife staying separate since 2014 due to differnces 2. i filed divorce in 2018. same settled through meditation in oct 2019 3. myslef and wife still staying separate and not having cohabitation .only wats up messgae 4. now wife field DV case in jan 2020 question: 1. does only wats up messages and no domestic relation between husband and wife still attracts domestic violence act
