Domicile in uttrakhand

MAdam/Sir I am residing in Distt-US nagar-Uttrakhand and due to no proof of residence since last 15 year, not eligible for Domicile certificate. My wife has a Domicile certificate since before marriage with the address of her fathers home (Kashipur-UK) Now as per Sec15 of Indian Succession Act 1925. "" Domicile acquired by woman on marriage.-By marriage a woman acquires the domicile of her husband, if she had not the same domicile before."" as per the last line of act (if she had not the same domicile before) i would like to know whether my wife old domicile certificate (before marriage) is valid or not.
