We are five siblings elder sister, then four brothers. Father expired in 2006 year leaving behind a house, Shares, Jewellery, Bank FD. Mother insisted to include the name of my sister in the list of beneficiaries after the death of my father. But My sister/brother in law told that we have no interest in the house and are ready to forego our claim as we reside in USA.
