Crop damages compensation

there is any legal provision regarding a govt. Compensation where Govt. gives a compensation for crop damages and this crop is yielded by other than land owner -

Who is legally entitled for this compensation money ?

1 ) Land Owner
OR
2) Crop Yielder

Hi,

YES there is provision for crop loss compensation - contact the Talati/ Tehsildar and/org Village Panchayat with your property card or 7/12 extract in proof of ownership of agricultural land
