The ofences when considered in the nature of compoundability is classified into offences compoundale without the permission of court and offences compoundable with the permission of the shedule to section 320 of Cr. Pc lay out a category of offences which are compoundable in nature . This shedule contain offences in the Indian Penal Code, when it comes to ofences under other statutes the nature of compounding is as in the way mentioned in the particular statue for eg; in companies act 621 A of the Companies Act,
hi friend. in any developing country it is not a easiest task to maintain law & Order with 100%.so in the legal field there is new ressolution come s under which if the offence is not a serious nature then it comes under the compoundable nature .and their is no provision to approach to the Court for compoundable Offence.
