My wife has file divorce u/s 13 1 ia.
I have contested the case, filed my WS in which made counterclaim of restitution of conjugal rights.
My question is now can my wife withdraw her divorce pettion or she needs my consent to withdraw divorce?
If she can withdraw her petition then what will happened to my counterclaim of RCR?
