Hi Sir,
I saw a land in Electronic City, Bangalore, which is revenue land, with Panchayat approved Khatha. and do not have DC conversion. Few months back, there was a news saying BBMP is going to acquire whole Electronic city area and this land will come under that area.
Can i get a loan for the above mentioned land in any of the bank? If anything, which bank provide?
After buying this land, Is it easy to convert the land to DC conversion? what are the problems and procedure to convert it to DC. Can i construct a building after DC conversion or anything else required before that?
Am i taking risk?
Please suggest me best approach.
