Kindly guide me in this regard. I want to know the procedure to calculate Annual value of letout property residential property and the property tax for the same in Chennai . The chennai corporation website is not very clear about this.
Kindly provide me detailed explanation.

Please guide me on how the annual value of the property is calculated in chennai and what are the factors which are taken into account for calculation of the same. I am aware that 23% of annual value is property tax and 7 % of AV is water and sewerage tax but the corporation officials are hesitant to give the calculation of annual value.
