Black Day in A.P High Court

One of the saddest day of the A.P High Court,we Advocates have right to enter the High Court  premises ,being enrolled as Advocate under Advocate Act irrespective of case is listed or not.It is place of work  for us like offices , industry or establishment. There are hundreds of juniors lawyers who work  for seniors ,who don't file cases.they were denied entry and people ,who wants file fresh cases and those wants pursue posting work in registry were denied entry. The Advocates were humiliated and lifted away from the premises resulting injuries to advocates.

How can a court function under  protection of thousands of police led by ACP/DCP/DSP and Inspectors.I felt deep anguish and pain at the development ,the police were outnumbering lawyers and court staff. The unprecedented incidents happened in High Court. There were false reports that judges were manhandled by lawyers. Fact is some judges were holding courts despite polite request made by senior lawyers. There was some emotional reaction to judges holding courts. There was minor scuffle in courts, when a lawyer belonging to Seem Andhra threw chair at agitating lawyers, which led to minor incidents. Now they are projecting it as big issue to undermine and belittle lawyers agitation. It is an attempt to dilute the issue. It is the state government responsibility to settle  the issue and to give direction to A.G , prepare fresh list of lawyers under telangana lawyers quota[42 %] ,who are genuine Telangana not a settlor or fake Telangana person.or  Advocate General should resign. Our Telangana lawyers are very honest, straight forward, hard working ,non -corrupt ,deserve better treatment and better opportunities in the judiciary.
