Anticipatory bail

Dear Sir(s), My sister-in-law is likely to file a false case against my family in future just bcoz my mother is not transfering property on her name. Shall i arrange for anticipatory bail in advance Just to save my family from lockup? What is the procedure to get anticipatory bail? Do i need to go to the lawyer for AB? How much money i will have to spend for AB? Plz do the needful. Thanks in advance for advices and suggestions.
