My wife filed false 498a and DP act 3 and 4, after few days both sides are compromised. The case date is on next year Jan 2014 so how to file advance petition please tell me procedure.
Some of them are telling after filing petition also it will take 3months to close the case because 3months court will be place the case in observation is it correct???
