498a mediation - need guidance.

Dear Sir,

I was appeared in the 498a mediation in Allahabad HC. As per my lawyer suggestion I showed positive expression in front of mediator that I am willing take my wife back with me.

Now, she also agree to do so after rising so many concerns is & that… mediator ordered me that you need to visit wife place in 1 month and try to stay together then we both have to come after 1 month in front of them they set the next 21.11.2013.

Now, My lawyer said that “ I have to Visit the wife working place while she write the letter to the SSP/DM of that place to provide you the security etc…..

1.     Do I need to visit that place or NOT?

2.     If not what I would say in front of mediator?

3.     IF mediator writes that, I am not co-operating in the case. Is create hurdle me quash the FIR/ getting the BAIL on next listing date.

4.     Mediator pressurizing me in front of my wife that I have to make compromise to take her BACK.

5.     FYI: Currently I was in stay in arrest by HC till mediation.

6.     Any guidance how to deal with situation.

7.     Her father saying that “Sir, Please refer the matter to Court” HE WANT ME SEND IN JAIL :)L
