Under what circumstances/scenarios bail can be cancelled? Can my wife and her mother request the court to reject the bail??

Can she (wife) claim on my parental property and my mother's jwellery? What if she produces false bills/expenses to claim? 

My parents have not set any will so far. I dont have ownerhip of even a motor cycle in the house.
