In 498a/34 case the charge sheet was submitted 6 months before. Now complainant has given application in the court under section 173(8) & section 311 that court should order for additional enquiry as I/O has not done enough enquiry.
Also she has submitted additional documents and ask for permission to take witnesses additional to what I/O has submitted while putting the charge sheet.
I have to reply on that application in next hearing.
I want to know how can I take objection for such intermediate action/application from complainant? under which sections?
