Hello All,
I have 498a first hearing in a week and i am A1. A4 is my brother living in UK. I want to apply for leave petition for him for first 1-3 hearing and then exemption of apperance through crpc 205 section. Everyone is on regular bail.
Currently I do not have a lawyer for first hearing and would want to submit the absent petition for A4. Is it possible that A1 by himself without a lawyer can submit a absent petition for A4?
if yes, please guide with sample template to create the absent petition.
I am planning to have a lawyer from second hearing. (currently in search of a good one)
